“Improving lifelong hearing in men and women through effective prevention and support.”

AGIR POUR L’AUDITION is a leading player in hearing health, working with the general public and supporting professionals involved in improving this important field.

In 2011, AGIR POUR L’AUDITION was created by professor Bruno Frachet, an ear, nose and throat specialist, and Geneviève Monguillot, a speech therapist, who were joined by professors Noël Garabédian and Olivier Sterkers as members of the first board of directors. In 2014, AGIR POUR L’AUDITION acquired new impetus through generous funding by the Bettencourt Schueller Foundation. Since then, the process of transforming the association into a foundation has started, with an ambitious two-pronged strategy:

ACT FOR THE FUTURE: a scientific research support program

ACTING TODAY: a support program for associations and the general public
